Details are coming out about what went wrong on May 29, 2011 when Sean Kingston crashed his jet ski into a bridge, landing him and a female passenger in the hospital. He was left with a broken jaw, a fractured wrist, and water in his lungs. Sources tell TMZ that “inexperience” and “inattention” are the only reasons the accident happened, and that the whole thing could have been easily avoided!

A slew of celebs flooded twitter in May to send out their prayers. Everyone from Nicki Minaj and Rihanna to Justin Bieber, who’s gone on tour with Sean in the past, showed their support.
